If this is how you see Social Media Marketing, you are not alone. Is there more to it than this? Absolutely, but sometimes it’s difficult to distinguish the hype from the “actionable insights” from the useful information.

  • Thanks, Morgan. Always great to hear from you. Send me any thoughts you may have for topics here. I have a couple of interviews scheduled, but I would like to do more. Seems like one good topic would be monitoring conversations on social media sites. There are lots of companies doing this now, and many services to help them do it, but I'm not sure very many people really know what to do with the data! That's the whole selling point behind what Warren Sukernek's company, Lift9, is doing.
